2. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must check all garments for valuable items before handing them over. Nirmal Laundromat will not be liable for any lost or damaged items such as jewelry, cash, or other valuables left in pockets or garments.
  • Customers are responsible for informing us of any special care requirements for their garments, including but not limited to fabric sensitivity, fragile embellishments, or pre-existing damage.

3. Garment Inspection and Liability

  • Nirmal Laundromat inspects all garments before processing. However, we are not responsible for:
    • Color bleeding or shrinkage due to poor quality fabrics or dyes.
    • Pre-existing damages such as loose buttons, weak seams, or embellishments.
    • Loss of items due to natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
  • Maximum liability for any lost or damaged garment is limited to 10 times the service charge of the specific item.

4. Pickup and Delivery Services

  • Pickup and delivery services are offered as a convenience and may vary based on location.
  • Customers must ensure someone is present at the designated address during the scheduled time.
  • Nirmal Laundromat is not responsible for any delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen factors.

5. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made at the time of order placement or delivery, as applicable.
  • Accepted payment methods include [cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, etc.].
  • Invoices will be issued for all services, and GST will be applied as per applicable laws.

6. Refunds and Complaints

  • If a customer is dissatisfied with our service, complaints must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Customers must not include the following in their laundry:

  • We do not share customer information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
